Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using FileFlip you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of the service

FileFlip provides free, browser-based tools to convert, compress, and transform files (e.g. PDF, images, video, audio). All processing runs in your browser; we do not upload or store your files on our servers. No account or registration is required. The service is offered free of charge, subject to these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use FileFlip for illegal purposes or to process content you do not have the right to use. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping or bypassing technical limits). We may suspend or block access if we detect misuse.

Limitation of liability

FileFlip is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, conversion quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. You use the tools at your own risk and are responsible for backing up your files.

Intellectual property

The FileFlip website, code, and branding are the property of FileFlip. The files you upload and the outputs you download remain yours; we do not claim ownership of your content. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit our service without permission.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of FileFlip after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
