Data controller

The data controller for this website and the FileFlip service is FileFlip. You can reach us at info@fileflip.org for any request related to your personal data or this policy.

Data we collect

FileFlip does not collect or process the files you convert. All file processing runs in your browser; your files never leave your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not require an account, so we do not store names, emails, or passwords. We may collect anonymized usage data (e.g. which tools are used and general traffic statistics) through analytics to improve the service. We do not use this data to identify you or to profile users.

Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies to operate the site (e.g. language preference). If we use analytics, they may set cookies to measure usage in an anonymized way. We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling. You can control or disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR (Articles 13–22) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data where applicable. You may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@fileflip.org.

International transfers

Our site and infrastructure may be hosted in regions outside the EU (e.g. via Vercel). Where we transfer data, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) as permitted by applicable law.
