FileFlip is a free, browser-based file conversion platform. Every conversion happens directly in your web browser — no files are ever uploaded to external servers. We offer 61 tools in 9 languages for PDF, images, video, audio, CAD and 3D files. Our mission is to make file conversion accessible to everyone, without software to install or accounts to create.

Our mission is to make file conversion free, fast, and private for everyone. We believe you should not need to install software or create an account to convert a PDF, resize an image, or change a file format. FileFlip runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and the Canvas API, so your files never leave your device. We do not store, log, or transmit your files to any server. Privacy by design is at the core of what we build.

FileFlip uses modern web technologies to process files locally. When you use a tool, the page loads the necessary code (for example PDF.js or FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly) and runs it in your browser. You upload a file into the page; it is held in memory and processed on your device. The result is generated in the browser and you download it. No copy of your file is sent to our servers or any third party. This keeps your data private and allows the service to stay free without storing or handling user content.

Privacy by design: we do not collect your files. We do not require registration, so we do not store names, emails, or passwords. Analytics may collect anonymized usage data (for example which tools are used) to improve the service. Your converted files are never uploaded to our infrastructure; processing happens only in your browser. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
